One-on-One Mentor Coaching for ACC and PCC coaches

Mentor Coaching is an important requirement of the ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentialing process and is vital to the development and growth of the individual seeking an ICF Credential.

Mentor Coaching provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency demanded by the desired credential level sought by a coach‐applicant (mentee).

This program covers all the elements that are important for you as you apply for your ACC or PCC and fully satisfies ICF’s requirements to be coached by a mentor coach.

At the end of the program you will have 10 hours of coaching and mentor coaching that you can use for your ACC or PCC credentialing.

By completing this 3 months program you will learn:

  • How to bring focus and structure to your sessions
  • The importance of core competencies showing up within your own unique style
  • Some final questions you’ll want to ask in the session (beyond the ‘requests’) and how to naturally do this in every session
  • Identify the recordings to send in with your application
  • The requirements of the ICF exam
  • How to become a better coach

As a Registered Mentor Coach with ICF and after a Mentor Coaching Certification facilitated by Dr. Damian Goldvarg, MCC, and Leda Turai-Petrauskiene, MCC, I am Certified to provide mentoring services following the guidelines of the ICF.

Flexible around schedule and activities

This Program is for you if you are:

  • Renewing your ACC, and need the required 10 hours of mentoring
  • Preparing to apply to ICF for your ACC, or PCC credential
  • Honing your skills in preparation for the Oral and written exam with ICF

I honor each and every coach on this journey and I look forward to supporting your path of growth as coach and your credentialing path within the ICF.

I’ve met Daiana in 2016 while I was searching for a mentoring program for my coaching practice. Looking back I would say that choosing her was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She definitely exceeded my expectations as a mentor and later on, I took the opportunity to know her also as a trainer with The Center for Executive Coaching. I’ve got from her the kind of support I needed and when I needed and somehow she managed to make everything so easy for me. I don’t know exactly how she did this as it all looks so effortless to her while the impact on me and my practice was huge. Beside a lot of knowledge and developing skills, I’ve got trust in the process, the clients and myself which were the most valuable pieces for me and made all the difference. Thank you, Daiana for this priceless experience!

Monica Blaga

Coach

On my journey for the ACC (credentialed by the International Coach Federation, I was recommended Daiana for mentoring, due to her extensive experience as an acredited mentor. We clicked in an instant, as I found in Daiana a very dedicated, structured, goal oriented and pleasant person, a real professional. My mentoring program was shaped around the ICF’ s eleven competencies and the Code of Ethics, along with extensive coaching discussions and peer coaching, a real chance to meet interesting people. I am grateful for the chance to have worked with Daiana and I warmly reccomend her, if you want to contribute through coaching or mentoring to the growth of other people.

Credit Risk, Product Management

I outline in the following what I found useful in the mentoring process I went through under Daiana’s  guidance:
The mentor coaching process qualified me regarding ICF Competences practice and simplified, in an organized way, my understanding of the coaching methodology. Besides, the fact that we worked not only in group, but also individually, opened for me a larger perspective on the coaching process.

Thank you and Happy Anniversary for the 8th of March!

Ioana M.

Business and Executive Coach

I approached Daiana for the  Mentor sessions necessary  for my continuous development as a professional coach. The mentor sessions are a pleasant surprise, the distinctions of the profession become clear and natural. The witty space created by Daiana naturally leads to new actions and to the will to explore new perspectives with the clients.
Daiana is a fine, discrete and attentive coach and mentor who successfully revealed and consolidated the essence of my personal coaching style, accompanied me in my explorations by masterly applying the key competencies of the profession.

Dan Mocanu

Blue Ocean Strategist and ICF Coach

I started in April the last part of my preparation for the ICF ACC exam, the mentor coaching sessions with Daiana as my mentor coach, after finalising my 60 hours of coaching development and an around 100 hours of coaching sessions. I had no particular expectations, apart from the hope to clarify more of my coaching skills and develop an understanding, observation skill and feeling for them. That is what happened, and more. I understand now why and how the coaching skills and the ICF ethic regulations are impacting my work as a coach, how they create the necessary framework and guideline for my interactions with my present and future coachees and/or sponsors. Furthermore, I have started to analyse myself and therefore steadily increase my awareness of my own behaviours, thoughts or preconceptions, and if and how they could impact my work as a coach.
Mentor coaching with Daiana was for me an excellent experience to expand my understanding about coaching and about me as a coach. Daiana has a vast understanding and experience in executive coaching, which she can candidly communicate and transfer to her students.
